I opened up the site for guestbloggers a couple of weeks ago but that didn’t tend to move anywhere. It’s ok, I understand that you kids have more tending matters to get to, and it’s not like you really came here to read my stuff anyway. Well, now I am offering some space for anyone who wants to past their picture galleries online. If you don’t like ads, don’t want to pay for a Webshots membership, or don’t want some big wig telling you how much space your should really get, this sounds like a perfect plan. If anybody responds, I might put up phpCoppermine, or some other web based application to alleviate the need. Chances are you’ll just ignore this message and keep moving on because you, like me, are way too busy.

I think the problem with the guest blog wasn’t so much time (well, actually it probably had something to do with that) but as to what one should write about. Perhaps if you tried to generate a topic for us to write about. For example, showing us a picture from your archives and asking us to create a funny quote for it. Don’t fret and let it get you down like Basquiat did (PLUG: “Basquiat” is one of my video rentals selections for the week on my website). You have a small but loyal band of readers who appreciate the work you do and are not “just here for the pictures.”
There’s nothing that can bar you from guestblogging. I could generate a topic to talk about, but that could be done by commenting. I was looking for small little jokes and anecdotes here and there. But it’s still open and anybody can put something up.
