Your site sucks

I spent a good half hour browsing student homepages that were part of CS403 projects. If you like to criticize people for their overall lack of style and things looking good, please take some time and look at these student webpages that a good 90% of them suck.
Too many people try too many things when it comes to web design, and almost all the time fail. On top of that, whoever teaches CS403 does not make it a habit for the kids to edit the HTML pages in W3C compliant browsers. Sure, the teacher probably grades the assignment on Internet Explorer, but run it through Mozilla or another W3C compliant browser and things are out of place. But the stinky graphic design of amateur webpages are simply horrid.
Screw IE for sucking so bad, and screw teachers who like to teach with Microsoft products. A webpage in Mozilla, or FireFox is the way a webpage is SUPPOSED to look. Please don’t ignore it as tool, or the simple notion that less is more, and black on white, always stands out. I can’t blame people who have a horrible eye, to me maybe I am just picky. They just make it really easy to tell an amateur from one who is a little more experienced.
