I bet you’re wondering

how the semester is going.

Well, it’s going alright. In terms of schoolwork and studying, it is safe to say that both is almost non existent. I am taking 4 classes, and all of them appear to be mickeys. The material covered in two of my senior level classes I can pick up quick, or have already picked up from days of working. I almost learn nothing in all the other classes and I spend most of the time in class wishing I could just leave rather than relearn stuff that is assigned from the book. There isn’t any class on Friday much like every other WSBE kid, which is sweet for me but automatically everybody is jealous.

I have easy classes, I have plenty of gym time, and I have Fridays off. So basically, school is a secondary priority considering the work that is given to me. I guess last year is when I paid my dues, but I sure didn’t think business school would be this easy, or this short. I don’t currently have a primary thing I should be working for as it seems I spend too much time for myself, but nothing to show for it.

But other than that, I have been working a somewhat decent amount. I come in all day on Friday, so I don’t entirely slack off. I wake up at 7 everyday, and been getting into the habit of walking. My monday class is also a class I get to work for, so that gives me some easy money. Every so often I write in this, but I don’t disclose too much information considering everybody reads it. I play video games every now and then, and go to the gym for considerable amounts of time. The semester might pick up on work, but I doubt it. The weather will get cold and that might mean something, won’t it? I doubt it either.

Last night, Jonah and me took some time and did some more decorations of the “great that we’ll never have to do this again” kind. 100 ft. of Christmas lights with a shiny ball on end. Miller Lite wall scroll. Coors light streamers. Strobe lights. It finally feels comfy now. This is the 404 of old. If the apartment can pick itself up, so should everything else. It sort of blows thinking the only good thing to get excited about is your own damn place or someone else’s. But right now, I am lacking with ideas.
