Photos finally done
August 2nd, 2004 by Sarin
Because of summer slowing down, and me not caring too much for anything except Blogging, I haven’t done much for the photos. For all those who complained about lack of photo updates, I finally caved in and actually did more than expected. To me, it is like I guess people will never bother me to update entries, but will bother me to death to see those pics of last weekend.
In this update I’m giving you more than expected, not like you would seem to notice anyway. I changed some fonts around, and added a ‘back’ link on the image page. This will all you nuts who don’t know how to use the backspace key or who don’t have an extra button on their mouse.
I also scrapped the videos because they got in the way, and have made a seperate page for them. Sorta like a multimedia fest. Some of them are pretty funny, but nobody seems to care too much for them.
And last but probably the most coolest, I dug through my files and found pics from my hard drive that are sort of like a ‘flashback’ before digital cameras were popular. I found some stuff that other IMers sent me, and some stuff with Justin that is quite cool. It is quite amusing and you might recognize some thing here or there.
So go on and ignore me, because you already have.

You make a good point. I think the problem is that you have now become something of an E! News Daily for the many crews you hang with. Everyone knows that you will be recording things with the digi cam. If someone is gone the weekend of the big party or something they know you will post anything that they missed that is worth mentioning. In a big way you give them the chance to be mini-celebrities by giving them a venue where they are put on display for all to see. The reason I post so much is that while the pictures are neat to look at every now and again, they fail to provide stimulating conversation. Your weblog is different than the other 99% of others out there in that you attempt to start conversations about things other than just yourself. It is a shame most people who come here feel they are too important to leave a few comments. Although, the truth of the matter is that they are probably too lazy. Perhaps you should have a poll to find out what the major reason is.
I appreciate your pictures because I’m one of those unfortunate people who always forgets a camera (and is a really terrible drunken photographer), so I relive the good times through your camera
Yay! I like reading your weblog, too, though. I’ve always been obsessed with things like these and even have not one, but TWO, of my own. They’re fun. Yay.
You guys are awesome. It’s good to hear something I enjoy is well received.
Court you have two?
Shhhhhh! One’s a secret! Hehe.
In response to Phil’s comment, it is certainly not self-importance that keeps me from responding. It’s probably a combination of laziness and not feeling that I have anything important to add. Kind of an anti-self-importance, if you will. Anyway, Sarin, keep on writing. Even though we don’t all post, we still all enjoy.
Ahh!
Part of the reason I put off posting about something has to do with laziness as well.
But soon enough, when we get past the lazy part, we have fun.
In response to Emily I wasn’t try to slam everyone. Just motivate them into posting more often. I too am victim to frequent bouts of lazy. I guess I just post so frequently because I have the free time at work to do it. Everyone should post a little though. Even if you feel you have nothing important to say it still keeps things fresh and interesting.
